I am just going to react briefly to the Lies now being spread about the now find of Jesus remains and his Family, in my book Lies about God, I clearly states the Jesus story is a Lie and Jesus never did live as portrayed in the the Holy book of the religious believers and I remain firm in that I know to be Divinely True.

 

The claim now being aired over the devil media about the developing story concerning the find of Jesus remains,  which now have been discovered as they so claim and such a claim only verify my claim that the character Jesus is no more than a figment of the Human Being Lying Mind.

 

The entire DNA claim is a lie, concerning the Bible Jesus and I stress the Bible Jesus because it is that Jesus the world has been duped about and maneuvered to Love with a passion not shown toward each other.

 

It is a saying that if you start out lying then that lie, in order to give it creditability, has to keep on lying, but before long the Lie will be pushed by its own action into a corner, whereby the Lie fall defeated before the Divine Truth and that is what this new claim about Jesus remains and his family has done, it verify my claim about Jesus never have been to this planet as so stated in your Holy book.

 

The Claim today is that, now Jesus has been founded, yet in your Holy book it clearly states that Jesus was the act of God planting the seed of God into a woman call Mary and she did give birth to a Man Child they named Jesus, he came to this Earth and was Murdered on Logs nailed and tied across each other, he was Buried in an apartment like Tomb and stayed there for two days and on the third day he emerged from the Tomb where Thomas and the rest of Jesus disciples saw and talked to him and as they were walking up the path together, Jesus suddenly became no more, in other words, he just disappeared up into the Heavenly sky.

 

Now, if the Book you call the Bible of Truth state such about Jesus and it does, then how in the Hell can what this devilish Human Being is making claim to today, be True, their claim to have found Jesus, attack every word in your Holy Book and does verify such words  to be A lie, in reference to Jesus, and since they lied to you about Jesus, then one can logically assume that there be many more lies contained in that Book call the Word of God, which such a claim is a lie in and of itself.

             "PRACTICING LAW WITHOUT A LICENSE?"

 

You only hold a piece of paper that warrants the original deed exists.

The same applies to motor vehicles. You are given a Certificate of Title when you buy a car, but the actual title itself is being held as collateral by the government.  You are holding a piece of paper that certifies the title exisits. In other words, even if you have no house mortgage or car loan, you still don't own them... the United States holds title to your private property.

The previously mentioned Council of State Governments is now the  National Conference Of Commissioners On Uniform State Laws. This organization membership consists of only Bar(fly) licensed lawyers, the illegal and immoral monopoly that controls our nation. These licensed socialists (communists seize private land without compensation, don't they?) parade around with the royal Nobility Title of Esquire (Esq.), but according to the Constitution And By-Laws of their organization, they lobby for, pass, order, and execute statutory provisions to "help implement international treaties of the United States or where world uniformity would be desirable" Source-1990/91 Reference Book, National Council of Commissioners On Uniform State Laws, page 2.

The ABA LIE: Unauthorized Practice of Law.   Just how does a Good and Lawful Christian defend Himself when forced, against His Will, to stand and speak before the purported 'courts' now operating in the United States? Is He to be mute and say nothing, citing the Laws of God? Although every Christian has the Right to choose His own court, this is not so practical when he is forced by duress and coercion  to 'appear' in a court He has not chosen nor recognizes as being subject to God's Laws. How can he 'appear' in an un-Godly court? Our answer to this is to do as Christ Jesus did when He was forced to stand before the judgment of the un-Godly. There is no set of Rules other than the example His Word has already laid out for Us. However, every Christian should have knowledge of how this world operates, and that includes the purported 'laws' and 'courts' being forced upon us over and above God's Sovereign Laws. To defend oneself is nearly impossible in their 'courts', and to seek the assistance of Godly counsel is not allowed by what they dare to call, but refuse to define, as the "unauthorized practice of law".

There may be much truth to the claim that the Fourteenth Amendment to the federal constitution was instigated by the legal professionals' trade union, now known as The American Bar Association. Many facts support the claim that this "Bar" monopoly was established in Christian America, immediately after Lincoln's (un)Civil War, to create and substitute a 'colorless' system of uniformed general slavery to replace the previous system of black slavery. This was to have been implemented by guaranteeing a monopoly of the courts for their own member attorneys, judges, and Municipal Corporations (City, County, and State). This monopolizing and unlawful labor union, The Bar Association, has forbidden anyone but their own exclusive member attorneys to give legal advice or representation, which has prevented any Good and Lawful Christian from being assisted in these purported 'Courts of Law' by a non-union lawyer or by a "non-lawyer", as used in their own terminology.

Lawyers (Attorn-ers) -- Just a Poem ...

Law... could still be as simple as the Ten, set down in stone away back when.  Trial... could still be a simple chain of events, of un-embellished testimony and evidence.

Alas... simple Laws didn't provide enough bread, to keep the old time Barrister's fed.  So... somewhere back in the mists of olden times, proto lawyers (Attorn-ers) decided,

"We can rake in more dimes!"  "If we write the Laws in such a way, "The fools will have to pay our exorbitant fee, if they want any chance of staying... Free!"

Thus began our contorted Legal System, ending any semblence of common sence or reason.  'Lawyers' (attorn-ers) ... had come upon the Earhtly scene,  and from that day on... 'LAW'has become obscene

Lawyers (attorn-ers) ... are really a totally useless group. Their only function... to invent and dispense Bull poop.  Spewing out reams of blarney and hocus pocus,  to ensure 'Truth and Justice'stay just out of focus.

When Lawyers (attorn-ers) can't make enough in the Court, they seek out the 'Employer of Last Resort'.  They'll troll about for ANY political offers, too more lavishly swill from the Public coffers!

Then... to repay those who have financed their foray, they enact whatever Laws... their benefactors say. And to ensure employment for the next Lawyer (attorn-er) crop, they enact... yet another pile of Legislative Bull plop.

Our whole Legal/Political system has gone out of control. It has become overpaid people... on Government dole.  "They" are given the rare opportunity to do some good,  and make the World better... if only they would!

SUMMARY:  Attorn-eys are B.A.R. Flys, Bloodsuckers, Cockroaches, Leeches, Maggots, Rob Peter (you) to pay Paul (their masters),   Parasites, Vampires, and their 'spirit' was already at the Garden of  Eden as re-presented by the serpent: " ... Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the Lord had made.  And he said to the woman (Eve) "Has God indeed said, 'You shall not eat of every tree of the garden?" ... "And the serpent said to the woman, 'You will not surely die.  For God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil"... Radio) as DJ Pimp Dad started to play the Chicken
Little Soup Dance for the 5th time within an hour. He
was just getting ready to give the  411 about the
latest G-Unit beef when a squad of Brothers and
Sisters with dreads and headwraps bumrushed the

threw promotional copies of "Fry that Chicken" at him
all the way to the parking lot...

Radio has a long relationship with the struggle for
Black empowerment. During the 60's,  it not only was
the avenue by which "I'm Black and I'm Proud" reached
the masses but it was the source of vital information
by which people organized. After all, how would the
people ever  have  known about the protest in front of
City Hall if DJ Big Bob hadn't hipped the folks that
somethin' major was going down, downtown.

What would the Soul Children of the 70's have done if
it wasn't for Righteous Rudy playing songs like "Fight
the Power." The Brothers and Sisters sure would have
been in the dark had it not been for Sweet Sista Soul
tellin' everybody "what it is, what it was, and what
it willl be" on her morning program "Tellin' it Like
it Is."

But that was then and this is now.

The songs about fighting the power have been traded in
for songs that celebrate Brothers killing Brothers.
The announcements about organizing for Black
LIBERATION have been replaced by free ticket give
aways to the Ying Yang after party at Magic Fingers
Strip Club Massage Parlor and Chicken Hut. And since
the FCC no longer requires radio stations to provide
public affairs programing, the crtical need to know
information about genocidal plots to destroy Afrikan
babies has been replaced by round the clock coverage
of Jay Z and Beyonce's wedding plans...

But out of darkness comes the light. Just when you
were ready to throw your FM Radio out tha window, here
comes Shiari's Radio to the rescue. The show which is
hosted by the soulful  Sista  "Miss Mona"  (Monica
Daye) and the Revolutionary "Da Poet" Tim Jackson airs

Ask a Black Person
Part 1

 
Ask a Black person in the Congressional Black Caucus, why is there only a few of them speaking truth to power and why are those few women.

 

Ask a Black person, ages 13 – 19 years old, to name a conscious rapper their age. Ask them to name a poet that spits positive rhymes to inform them about the politics and social issues of today -- something to inspire them to take action.

 

Ask a Black person who calls himself an intellectual (from ages 30 – 50) to name the last time he came up with a thought that was carried into action -- that actually changed the reality of Blacks for the better. Maybe if they stopped trying to 1. Sell white ideologies, 2. Sell books 3. Sell themselves or 4. Attack other Blacks, we would have a positive answer.

 

Ask a Black person, why Blacks vote for the Democratic Party in such high numbers when it mirrors the Republican Party on important issues such as: the death penalty, the drug war, the prison industrial complex, the war in Iraq , ex-felon disenfranchisement (persons with criminal records not being able to vote in federal elections in particular) and reparations. This means there is only a one party system - one beast with two faces. Ask if Blacks can tell you the benefits of voting for either Democrat or Republican. Ask them why they have not started a political party that the country can accept as a decent change.

 

Ask a Black person how prosperous were Blacks in the job market before the immigration debate started. Also, ask them why they can’t see that building a wall on the southern border, while not erecting one on the northern border, is racist. Also ask them why they are so willing to fight for white supremacy - the fight against whites one day being the minority in this country. Ask them, do they know that the same type of Negro found it their duties to make sure that evil white slave owners were more comfortable than themselves. Ask them if they are from that long bloodline of Negros who snitched out slave revolts, condemned reconstruction, did not mind lynching as long as it was not them, hated the civil rights trouble-makers and worked for the government as a COINTELPRO agent to destroy Black leaders and activists.

 

Ask a Black person in the Nation of Islam, why haven’t it created a distribution system for Black music the way they have for the Final Call newspaper.

 

Ask a Black person who knows any of the clergy supporting Bush, why are their pastors cozying up to a person that is lying and having men, women and children killed around the world. Also, ask them, why these preachers are embracing a person that supports spying on innocent people in this country. Ask them how many times they have told their children, “You are the company you keep,” and “If you lie, you will steal.”

 

Ask a Black person in a Greek letter organization, why they behave like street gangs in college. They have their colors, hand signs, mouth calls, initiation and they fight against similar groups. Also ask them why they name their organizations after the people who learned from, and stole from Blacks thousands of years ago.

 

Ask a Black person that knows Oprah, why when asked about Hip Hop she sounded like the white person who says, “Some of my best friends are Black.” Ask her why when asked, she said she listens to 50 Cent while working out. Why doesn’t she listen to Public Enemy, Afrika Bambaataa, KRS One, Ice Cube, Dead Prez or Common? Ask if she knows that 50 Cent says the words “nigga” “hoe” “pimp” and “bitch” more than either of the above named artists combined. Ask her if she knows that Ludacris is a more positive artist with, arguably, better lyrics and music – the person she dissed on her show. And, ask her, even if she does not listen to above named positive artist all of the time, would it not have been better to promote their music instead of 50’s. Maybe 50 Cent is on to something – if you diss someone, they will promote you.

 

Ask a Black person, why are they so beautiful and powerful in spite of all of these questions. Ask them do they know that the entire world is waiting for their leadership – not the kind that is sent out to do the dirty work of whites who rule this country.

What happen to the people of Sumer and the reply was, they LOST THEIR "HISTORY" AND DIED!!!

So today, I ask the same question about the people of Afrika, what happen to the people of Afrika and the answer is prophetic, they LOST THEIR STORY AND DIED !!!

You see beloved, the two people are one and the same.

Beloved sisters and brothers, I see dead people walking, crying, hungry, a people in an environment that is famine of true Afrikan knowledge, a people who humbly submit to the western world way of life, with its religion serving as its foundation, I see a people who revere tribalism and has the audacity to justify such a weapon of Afrika and Afrikan destruction.

I see a people that is divided and desire not to be united, I see greed, envy, jealousy, addicted to rule over others and exert power over the Afrikan down trodden, I see Afrikan intellectual who just get off by being able to sound intelligent as we point out the flaws of Afrika and the Afrikans with no burning desire to face the truth as to what really is the solution to such a once great Nation problem.

I see murder in the form of all sort of slaughter of Afrikan people by Afrikan people, with some choosing to be identified other than what we are, Black and Afrikan.

I see a once great nation who once had Love for each other and now is in deplorable competition with each other.

I SEE A ONCE GREAT AFRIKAN PEOPLE WHO REFUSE TO BOND WITH A LONG LOST RELATIVE IN NORTH AMERICA, WHO NOW IS QUALIFIED TO ASSIST IN RESURRECTING THAT ONCE GREAT AFRIKAN NATION AND DESPISE THE FACT, WE THE CHILDREN OF THE MIDDLE PASSAGE, ARE HEIRS TO OUR ENSLAVED ANCESTORS REPARATION AND REFUSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE SUCH TRUTH, IN THE FORM OF SUPPORT.

I see a once visionary and wise Afrikan Nation That has gone blind, I see dead Afrikans, walking and running, but making no tracks and getting nowhere close to the Soul and spirit THAT the True Afrikan once had.

Beloved, here is why Afrika and the Afrikans will continue in the stupor of dishonesty when dealing with Afrika and Afrikans problems and I speak of the problems we face in Afrika and the Diaspora, america in particular.

We have become pretty good in using intellectual jargons as we attempt to project an honest face when discussing Afrika, but you see such jargons are not supported with a clear reasonable perception, when the Diaspora Afrikan is attempted to interject our perspective of what is wrong with Afrikans in Afrika and have not the common knowledge of what is wrong with the Diaspora Afrikan, nor do we have the Spiritual motivation to approach such a serious issue as Afrika and the Afrikans condition in the world.

First of all we so call intellectuals attempt to use the mind and eye of their teacher, the oppressor, and it is that information we hide behind, in the way of so claiming what is rational approaches to dealing with Afrikans in Afrika problems, not realizing that those teachers which our intellectual prestige hang, is so off base and deceiving, when giving out information about Afrikan problems, to the point it reveal how mental vulnerable we have become as Diaspora Afrikans.

Any Afrikans in their original mind, know that Afrikans solution is not enclosed in some diplomatic approach to Afrika problems, nor is the solution visible in america political science 101 up to PhD.

The solution to Afrikans problems in Afrika is enclosed in the mind of the True Afrikan in the Diaspora, who is no longer a prison of a mentality that has been sowed in the mind of the Diaspora Afrikans, who has no desire to free such a mind set that has experienced a mind degeneration, a mind that once use to be a fertile original mind.

When dealing with Afrikans problems in Afrika by the Diaspora Afrikan, it must become a war of knowledge and reasonable seriousness and there is no time for attempting to construct a buddy, buddy system in such a war of engagement, meant to arrive at a practical approach and solution to Afrikans problems in Afrika.

The Diaspora Afrikan has an obligation to become the conduit to be used to Liberate Afrika and the Afrikans and the first line of offense is to establish and win the trust and hearts of our Afrikans Sisters and brothers in Afrika that is on the ground and not the halls of presidential palaces.

We are talking about Afrika and Afrikans Liberation here, and not Afrikans assimilation, because if so, one or two things will emerge from such a successful action and that is, Afrikans will remain in the oppressive vice she is now in, or Afrikans will become as the Diaspora Afrikan and the both represent Afrikan mental confusion and oppression.

The true solution to Afrika and Afrikan problems, in my opinion, require the true Afrikan to face the fact that there must be the development of a mind-set among all true Afrikans to revolt against all injustices, be it in Afrika or in the Diaspora, because all laws are not just laws, and if the laws fail to represent justice for all, then the people receiving the injustices have the right or shall I say the obligation to Rebel against all injustices, and in Afrika, as I speak, there is no Justice for the Afrikan people in Afrika or in america.

Afrikans in the Diaspora must not only lock hands with the Afrikans in Anfrika but must now lock minds and such a union if in harmony and is balance will reveal the truth about what we both, Afrikan in Afrika and the Afrikan in the Diaspora must do in order to Liberate Afrika and the Afrikan People and such Liberation will only take place in Afrika.

Well my dear beloved, I see at least the issue of Reparation is beginning to get its due respect, if no more than intensifying the discussion about it.

As the author of the message below said, there are many diverse opinions about Reparation, some are serious about working to have Reparation serve as a tool that will bring about a restoration of the lives of those of us who are the descendants of our Enslaved Ancestors and then there are those in the Reparation movement looking to serve our own feeble material urges from the prospect of us receiving Reparation, but be that as it may because in time the crooks in the Reparation movement will be weeded out and dealt with appropriately.

What I want to address here is the five stages in bodied in the message below, as it address this most sacred issue, Reparation.

Here is The Sankofa Repatriation Take on Reparation as I address the five stages form a concept of Truth and Reality, which will not set to well with many of us claiming to be truly interested in this glorious issue,Reparation.

I am a realist and a non- conformist, I only follow the lead of My Ancient Carbon Afrikan Ancestors in all things pertaining to my life and in this instance, let us deal with the Sacredness of Reparation, as it relate to our Enslaved Ancestors, the Children of our Enslaved Ancestors and the Carbon Afrikan Family in general.

The problem with Black Folks in regard to Reparation, we attempt to analyze and propose solutions concerning Reparation by taking a physical approach in attempt to understand and solve the issue of Reparation.

Not so my dear beloved, in order to clearly understand and be able to solve the issue of Reparation , it must be approached from both the physical as well as the Spiritual,with a Spiritual understanding leading the way in our Demand for Reparation.

We are not in a war with the criminal responsible for Chattel Slavery, which now give the Children of our Enslaved Ancestors the divine Right to Demand Just payment for work already performed by our Enslaved Ancestors and Reparation is related to our Enslaved Ancestors and nobody else.

Who it seem we are at war with, are ourselves about Reparation and such a war could be self defeating, which in term would be a insult and a show of gross disrespect to our Enslaved Ancestors and that is why the True warriors for Reparation must not be distracted and must deal with all Black internal distractions.

Now, let us move on very reasonably and logically, approaching our Black Life as it is and condemning those who is responsible for our sojourn to america against our will.

STAGE 1

Damage Assement:

This stage should be the last stage of our envolvement because in my opinion it will be the clearest and obvious of all that is pertaining to Reparation and such should not be addressed until the demand for Reparation has been realized, ( agreed upon by the oppressors of our Enslaved Ancestors ) As I often say and I remain firm on this saying, Reparation is about the Enslavement of our Enslaved Ancestors and not their children, we just happen to inherit the Right to demand a Just pay for work all ready performed forcefully, which brought about the preservation of the nation we now call america.

We do not need a rocket scientist to calculate the damages incurred from such an evil and devilish institution call Chattel Slavery, just a good sociologist, psychologist, historian and a mathematician..

STAGE 2

Acceptance Of Responsibility:

Listen my beloved, why is it we are so hung up with the attitude and behavior of those who has a history of disrespecting and oppressing Black Afrikans and in this instant we speak of our Enslaved Ancestors.

Is it not a fact that money disputes are settled every day by this evil being calling himself the white man, without his accepting responsibility for his action.

I can care less what they think about what they did to my Enslaved Ancestors as long as they acknowledge their wrong through the payment of our Enslaved Ancestors Reparation, and that will come based on a unified demand coming from the Children Of Our Enslaved Ancestors, which require a Spiritual understanding of such a statement.

Expression Of Regret:

If we are waiting for Lucifer to repent for what he worship, which is evil, we will be liking to those who are waiting for Jesus to come to this planet to take them to glory land, wherever that is in the sky .

I know there are some of us who feel that the success of our Enslaved Ancestors Reparation being received by us,their children, is depended on the behavior and attitude of the perpretrators of the crime of Chattel Slavery.

I say the success of Reparation coming to our Enslaved Ancestors is depended upon the attitude and behavior of the Children of our Enslaved Ancestors.

I waste not a nano second waiting on this devil to show regret for the evil performed against our Enslaved Ancestors, because when it come to the Carbon Afrikan Nation these people have displayed a nature of evil and disrespect toward this Black Family upon this planet.

All of our Time must be used to educate and organize the Children of our Enslaved Ancestors, preparing us for that great battle of Armageddon, which will be Spiritual and if need be physical as well.

For us to look at Reparation from totally a physical perspective of expectation, would cause the children to do as we are doing now, full of pessimism whenever we hear about the issue of Reparation and that is because we have invested all of the power of consent to the criminal who did commit the crime, therefore we assign the power of acknowledgement and approval into the hand of the very one who show no ability to have compassion to the point of repentance for the evil done to our Enslaved Ancestors, yet we are willing to spend valuable Time in hope that this devil of a Being WILL OFFER AN EXPRESSION OF REGRET?

With such a mind set, Reparation has fail before it began.


STAGE 4

Reparation / Compensation:

Now here is the stage that have us all confused, well most of us,because there are those who are spitting the venom about Reparation being for the Children of our Enslaved Ancestors to use as we see fit, knowing that most of us can not see fit beyond the boarders of america and therefore we operate under the illusion that our major problem is capital ( money ) and if we are able to get our hand on our Enslaved Ancestors money, how much more americanized we can become.

There are those so call leaders who fan the lie implying that all of our efforts should be spent in making our community better and all we need is the opportunity of becoming of such an appreciatable economic status in america, whereby we can develop our communities economically, nothing is wrong with that, but when we think that all of our trouble in america Racist Prejudice and discriminatory society will be over and her evil action will be over against Black Folks and we all can just get along holding hands in harmony forever, such is proof that we have lost touch with reality.

How foolish have we become if we buy into such propaganda.

Black Woman and Man, we Black Folks in america do not have authority nor power over anything in america,not even our lives, therefore we do not control anything, again, not even our lives, therefore everything we get, everything we have, must first be approved by a being who has proven that they have no respect for our Black Life and the moment we step out of the circle of conformity we become label as radical extremist, which make us to be candidates for all of the injustice they can express toward us with our children taking the brunt of this devil injustice.

As one famous actor said, You Want The Truth, You My Beloved Can Not Handle The Truth, about our condition and status we occupy in america, we rather fantasize about our condition, rather than acknowledge what it is, in america.

Reparation is about Return, repair and Restoration,because it is about our Enslaved Afrikan Ancestors and when one work one expect a fair wage for the work performed, the same is due to our Enslaved Ancestors.

Reparation is about Money for the reconstruction of our Black lives, which nave been destroyed, and such must come through them, our Enslaved Ancestors, Now, but such is not to take place in an environment we did not create, but have became victims of.

Reparation is about Repatriation back to our Enslaved Ancestors Home, which make it to be our Home and that is Afrika and there, we are obligated to make our Enslaved Ancestors desire and wish come True, by becoming the next additional State, sovereign and independent it will be, and with the consent and blessing of our Afrikan Sisters and Brothers at Home.

I can hear some say now,well that has already been done, by referring to Liberia and I say study the the origin of Liberia and you will know who instigated and enabled it to become and then you will know why she experience the trouble that she does and no where is Reparation involved with Liberia becoming, as it is, just white folks and when it come to the Black Afrikan, that always spell trouble for the Afrikan.


STAGE 5

Reconciliation Or Separation:

What is it about Black Folks who have been the victim of a crime and the first to want to reconcile with the criminal as if being wrong for being the victim. Seem to me whenever an act of Reconciliation is in order it must come from the criminal who committed the crime and not the victim.

Sometime a crime can become so heinous to the point there is no desire to accept an act of recociliation from the criminal because the pattern of behavior coming from the criminal clearly states the criminal is not to be trusted, because they are a liar, thief and a murderer by habit, when it come to the Carbon Afrikan Family.

Yet we have chosen to ignore the teachings of our Ancestors when they say, experience is our best teacher and all we have ever experience from this criminal of a white man is grief, abuse, lying and murder.

If this is whom you want to reconcile with, because his religion teach you to do so, then the Carbon Afrika Nation may as well tighten our Belt of oppression and settle back to receive a continue oppressing and depressing Life.

We must heed the call of our Ancient Ancestors when they called upon us to come out from among them who have given us nothing but pain and sorrow, yes be ye separated from them and get about the business of resurrecting the Carbon Afrikan Nation and by doing so you will become qualified in bringing order back to the world, we must become that guiding Star that shined out of the East once again.

Reparation is Sacred and Divine and we must approach it as such. The World Bank and IMF Policies Promote Disease and Destabilization



"The World Bank policies that are most harmful promote the privatization of water utilities, which creates lucrative new business opportunities for major global water corporations, and "full cost recovery," which refers to the collection of fees from consumers for the full cost of the operation and maintenance of water utility services.These are part of the World Bank's standard policy that promotes privatization, deregulation, trade liberalization and fiscal austerity. It was largely instituted in the past 20 years when the promotion of privatization mirrored the global trend toward more market-oriented economic policies. But critics say this market-oriented slant benefits major corporations such as French-owned water giants Vivendi Universal and Suez, and furthers inequality in the developing world. Indeed, prior to the 1980s, World Bank economists and development experts maintained that investment in public water utilities would trigger a development "take off." However, the scale shifted when investors began to realize the potential profit from privatizing an increasingly scarce natural resource.The World Bank now claims that the private sector, rather than publicly owned water utilities, is best able to provide the financial resources and expertise needed to address the growing problems in water service management. Yet private sector companies are organized to make a profit, not to fulfill socially responsible objectives such as achieving universal access to water and sanitation services. In many developing countries, where most citizens earn less than $2 a day, private sector companies are unable to meet shareholder obligations to provide a market rate of return and also implement universal coverage with acceptable quality and at affordable prices. The Europeans disrupted the social and ecological order everywhere they went superimposing their culture of domination, exploitation and xenophobia on native peoples. Post WW III neocolonialism has since morphed into a more cunning form of domination were international bankers rather than colonial rulers set the tone and tenor for the way things work. olies of the 15, 16 and 17th centuries ) now dictate the imperial agendas backed by the armies, lethal technology and mercenaries all under control of a small cabal of multi-national capitalists.

Instead of "gunboat diplomacy" the imperialists now use economic strangulation. The IMF and World Bank place exorbitant demands on underdeveloped nations struggling to reverse the lingering inequities and grinding burdens of the colonial era. Even the few honest leaders not on the CIA, MI-6 or Mossad payroll are forced to make choices between pursuing much needed land redistribution and reform, expanding their economies, raising wages, building an infrastructure conducive to commerce and travel, educating their people and defending themselves against further neocolonialism. The IMF and World Bank are now pushing privatization of basic services such as drinking water and utilities. Developing countries need loans and credit but the IMF and World Bank hold them hostage demanding they purchase weapons with money that should go for roads, schools hospitals and social programs. The IMF and World Bank determine economic and social priorities of the countries they loan money to. it would be like you going to a bank for a loan and the bank dictating how you live every facet of your life as a condition of getting the money. IMF and World Bank policies demand third world countries privatize their water and power services which results in onerous conditions. Log onto to glean how the multi-nationals, the IMF and World Bank collude to exploit third world countries and create dangerous health conditions. Third world nations are experiencing a rise in diseases like cholera and other water bourn conditions, because people who cannot afford the cost of water imposed by the privatized companies use untreated water and often infected water from local streams, creeks, ponds and rivers. In addition to the millions the multi-national water companies will rake in by controlling their monopolies on water they are also given huge tax breaks, licensing fee concessions and perks due to arm twisting by the IMF World Bank on the leaders of these cash strapped underdeveloped or "developing" countries. If this seems like only a probl!

hird world countries let me recall to your attention a similar situation; Enron and the power companies manipulating billing costs and production which led to power outages in California and artificially induced price increases. The same mentality that produced phony power shortages in the US is causing disease and destabilization all over the world, in Latin America in Chile and Brazil, Mexico in African in Ghana, South Africa and Zimbabwe. "Sudan has an estimated $45-billion (U.S.) in oil reserves. The international consortium of companies developing the fields has plowed more than $4-billion (U.S.) into what they hope will be Africa's newest oil boom. The oil fields are situated on the very front line of Africa's longest-running civil war, in which the ruling National Islamic Front is pitted against the rebels of the South, chiefly the Sudan People's Liberation Army. In 1983, when the northern government tried to impose Islamic law on the south, war broke out. An estimated two million Christians and Muslims have been displaced by the war. The rebels say the NIF regime aims to Islamize and Arabize the animist and Christian black Africans of South Sudan, or exterminate them. They say they're fighting for their very survival. The extent of the terror unleashed here is chilling. There had recently been an airdrop of food by the United Nations World Food Program. But the Antonov bombers came hot on the tail of the UN aid, and dropped bombs on the starving people as they tried to get to the food."- Damien Lewis Toronto Globe and Mail

While we are bombarded with photos of suffering war ravaged Africans from Southern Sudan, the US is talking about taking an active role in intervening, the AmeriKKKan mind control apparatus is really attempting to make the masses believe George W Bush, Colin Powell et al are concerned about the mounting loss of life in the region, not so. Behind the veneer of casting AmeriKKKa's intervention in humanitarian terms lies the real deal; oil, black gold, crude. What do white folks care about Africans being slaughtered by Arabs? Bush and Co. came into office with an agenda to bum rush the world's natural resources primarily oil and gas. Through the IMF World Bank USAID and "globalization" they plan to own outright, directly control militarily or politically through surrogates all the world's land labor and resources. Arabs swept through Africa from Arabia Bogarting African people and their lands and proselytizing their religion since 684 A.D. Read Chancellor Williams' The Destruction of Black Civilization or Islam's Black Slaves by Ronald Segal to glean just how extensive and brutal the conquest of Africa by Arabs has been. I have seen first hand how Arab hegemony impacts African life, in Nubia. The Nubian's despite being forced to accept Islam and learn Arabic still cling to their indigenous tongue as a way of resisting their total domination. The current unrest and conflict in the Sudan has been going on for over fifty years. Into this Arab- African power struggle stepped the multinational oil and gas consortium's looking to get their next fix for their insatiable petroleum and energy addiction. The Europeans could care less about our people. They are in the Sudan to expropriate the oil and natural gas; but as usual they must disguise their true motives.

A recent Amnesty International report concluded, "Oil is also a symbol of the Sudanese problem: Sudan's recent history of decolonization, failed nation-building and its continuing political affairs are reflected in the story of oil. Economic factors, such as oil exploration and extraction, show not only that considerations of the global economy dominate political decision-making but also clearly indicate the underlying sources of the conflict in Sudan.Amnesty International is publishing this report in an effort to make clear the link between the massive human rights violations by the security forces of the Government of Sudan and various government allied militias, and the oil operations by foreign companies. The pattern of human rights violations includes atrocities and the forcible internal displacement of large populations of local people. These violations by government security forces and armed opposition groups are directed at the population living in oil fields and surrounding areas, and is an effort to control, protect or destroy the oil production capacity. Foreign companies are involved in this lucrative oil production, and they expect the Sudanese government to provide a secure environment, which includes the use of security forces to protect oil company staff and assets. Thus, Amnesty International believes many foreign companies tolerate violations by turning a blind eye to the human rights violations committed by the government security forces or government-allied troops in the name of protecting the security of the oil-producing areas. Some companies allegedly have employed private military and security companies, or have utilized security forces that have conscripted child soldiers."- Amnesty International Winning Oil Losing People. This situation is right up the "divide and conquer, destabilize and rule" agenda of the Europeans. This way they kill three birds with one stone. They further demonize the Arab leaders namely the government of Omar Hassan al-Bashir and include them as fodder fo!

ongoing war against Islam, they get to control vast stretches of land containing oil and natural gas and lastly by supplying arms, instigating war and causing massive social disruption they depopulate yet another African nation. The AI report also stated "The pursuit of control over the oil territory provides a powerful incentive for assembling forces based on ethnic origin. For the Government of Sudan it therefore becomes easier to identify ambitious and power-hungry rebel commanders and supply them with weapons to defend the oil areas against their former allies in the SPLA. In turn, the SPLA and its allies are increasingly recruiting their fighters from specific ethnic backgrounds.
The fighting between the southern rebel militias intensified after a number of former SPLA commanders signed a peace agreement with the Government of Sudan in 1997. The government's divide and rule strategy ultimately led to the devastating human rights violations currently faced by the people in the oil-rich state of Western Upper Nile." So we can see what is really at stake here from a European perspective, oil. But you won't hear or see this in the corporate owned mass media/mind control apparatus. Don't fall for their okey-doke Washington's concern is not about humanitarian aid, it is about oil. From now on when you see or hear about any conflict or turmoil anywhere in the world; investigate it thoroughly, more than likely you will discover the Europeans' g.o.d. (gold oil or drugs) is lurking somewhere in the vicinity.


 

Terrorism and the Election: California is the Target!

No postponement, just bedlam at the polls and a low turnout on the west coast is Bush's plan for 'victory'

You have to give the right-wingers credit. The fear tactics they learned from arch-Nazi propagandist Joseph Goebbels remain at the front of their political playbook. First, they put out the notion that in the event of a terrorist attack around the time of the November 2 election, a postponement of the vote may be necessary. Second, they start talking about the Federal government's response to such a scenario. It's the second item we must all be focused upon.


The idea of terrorism affecting the election was first proffered by Reverend DeForest B. Soaries Jr, the Bush-appointed chairman of the U.S. Election Assistance Commission. Soaries is a right-wing New Jersey Republican Secretary of State who has been living under the small "fanatics only" revival tent of the Christian fundamentalist crowd for some time. Soaries's job is to ensure that there is no repeat of the 2000 Florida fiasco. However, he and his friends in the Bush administration (read that as Karl Rove and Tom DeLay primarily) may have their eyes set on causing a major West coast electoral disruption in 2004 that will make Florida 2000 look like a minor glitch by comparison.


As expected, suspecting a Bush conspiracy to cancel the election and remain in power until a determination would be made by Homeland Fuhrer Tom Ridge that an election was safe, the moderate, liberal, progressive, and libertarian communities cried foul. Postponing an election without a constitutional amendment would be a major breach of the Constitution (not that Bush has ever worried about his constitutional oath) and that would be impossible with only a little over three months before Election Day. Those who respect our Constitution pointed to the fact that President Abraham Lincoln did not cancel the 1864 presidential election during the Civil War - a war which saw this nation more at danger than it is during the current cable news bite-driven and somewhat sensationalist "Global War on Terrorism."


The right wing had a different take on the possibility of an election postponement. Neo-fascist babble mongers like Rush Limbaugh said, "No!" to a postponement of the election. They argued that if a terrorist alert or attack were to occur, the election should go on and only those votes cast should be counted. Bingo! The plan for a second Bush administration became clear as day. And that plan's target is California, with its whopping 54 electoral votes, and possibly Washington State's 11 electoral votes, at stake.


In 2000, Bush and the election fraud cabal that included his brother, Florida Governor "Jebbie" Bush, and Jebbie's old flame, Florida Secretary of State (now Congresswoman) Katherine Harris and Fox News election analyst John Ellis (Bush's first cousin), engineered Bush's phony Florida "win" using a combination of scrubbed electoral rolls that disenfranchised almost 100,000 African-Americans, confusing "butterfly ballots," an early Fox projected Bush "win" in the Sunshine State, and voter intimidation at mainly rural polling places. As with Osama bin Laden and his band of zealots, the Bush team never uses the same tactic twice. Therefore, all eyes should shift from Florida this Election Day, to California, where one of Bush's new minions, the Nazi-admiring Arnold Schwarzenegger, engineered a gubernatorial coup d'etat with the help of Enron's Ken Lay and his Texas oil cronies, to seize control of the governorship from the reelected Democrat Gray Davis.


Clues to Republican motives are found back during that awful day in 2001. On September 11, the day of the terrorist attacks, New Yorkers were heading to the polls to vote in their mayoral primary. Under the direction of the outgoing incumbent mayor, Rudolph Giuliani, city election officials quickly postponed the election. Giuliani, one who never misses an opportunity to emulate the former Italian dictator Benito Mussolini, toyed with the idea of amending New York City's term limits law so that he could run for mayor for a third consecutive term. Another Giuliani plan would have postponed the primary and regular mayoral election for one year, giving him at least one more year in office with the possibility of a change in the city law to allow him to run for a third term. Another plan would have made Giuliani a write-in candidate. Wary of Giuliani's various proposed election contrivances and his intention to use the attack on the World Trade Center for his own political advantage, New York's City Council and the New York State Legislature quickly put the kibosh to Giuliani postponing the election indefinitely, extending his term for one year, or amending the city's term limit statute. The mayoral primary took place on September 25, two weeks after the terrorist attack, and the general election occurred on schedule on November 6. Michael Bloomberg was sworn in as the new mayor on January 1, 2002.


After having Tom Ridge drop the media bomb that an election cancellation was a possibility and then having National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice declare that no such plan existed, the cat was out of the bag. No, do not expect an election cancellation but be prepared for a terrorist "event" during the election. That is what the Bush White House and their media prostitutes are spinning.


Here's the scenario we must be all be prepared for:


If the pre-election internal tracking polls and public opinion polls show the Kerry-Edwards ticket leading in key battleground states, the Bush team will begin to implement their plan to announce an imminent terrorist alert for the West Coast for November 2 sometime during the mid afternoon Pacific Standard Time. At 2:00 PST, the polls in Kentucky and Indiana will be one hour from closing (5:00 PM EST - the polls close in Indiana and Kentucky at 6:00 PM EST). Exit polls in both states will be known to the Bush people by that time and if Kentucky (not likely Indiana) looks too close to call or leaning to Kerry-Edwards, the California plan will be implemented. A Bush problem in Kentucky at 6:00 PM EST would mean that problems could be expected in neighboring states and that plans to declare a state of emergency in California would begin in earnest at 3:00 PM PST.


The U.S. Northern Command, which has military jurisdiction over the United States, will, along with the Department of Homeland Security and Schwarzenegger's police and homeland security officials in Sacramento, declare an "imminent" terrorist threat - a RED ALERT -- affecting California's major urban areas.


Although the polls in California will not be closed as a result of the declaration, the panic that sets in and the early rush hour will clog major traffic arteries and change the plans of many voters to cast their ballot after work.


That terrorist emergency declaration could be made around 5:00 PM PST and with only three hours left for voting throughout the state, a number of working class voters in urban centers will either be caught up in California's infamous freeway traffic and be too late to get to their polling places or be more concerned about their families and avoid voting altogether.


Without a doubt, many Democratic voters might simply opt to pick their kids up from day care centers or relatives and then go home without voting. These would tend to be the lower and middle income Californians and the Democratic base. The affluent voters in California who vote Republicans and can easily vote early (and be late for work) or have the option of leaving work at any time during the day to vote will have likely already cast their ballots. Therefore, the recipe of a White House-induced California terrorist alert and a low Democratic turnout could toss 54 electoral votes into Bush's lap, especially if the scare tactics affect the turnout in such urban and typically pro-Democratic vote-rich areas as Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, and Sacramento.


At 7:00 PM EST (4:00 PM PST), the polls will close in Florida, Georgia, New Hampshire, South Carolina, Vermont, and Virginia. A half hour later, they close in North Carolina, Ohio, and West Virginia. If Kerry-Edwards wins Florida and that is coupled with similar pickups in Ohio, West Virginia and too-close-to-call races in Virginia and maybe North Carolina, the Bush team may seek to extend the terror alert to other Western or even Midwestern states, particularly Washington State (since Oregon votes by mail, it would be largely immune from any polling manipulation on Election Day). A terrorist alert for the Seattle area after 5:00 PM PST would result in a similar situation to that of California's, with the exception that many potential voters could be trapped on Seattle's commuter ferries. Washington's polls close at 8:00 PM PST (11:PM EST). A low Democratic turnout in the vote-rich Seattle-Tacoma-Bremerton area could be offset by a large Republican turnout in eastern Washington, thus possibly throwing the state's 11 electoral votes to Bush - a net pick up 65 electoral votes from the West Coast, adding those votes to California's. If Kerry picks up Ohio and some border states, the Bush team will be looking for a West Coast electoral offset and a terrorist alert would be the key to replacing lost Bush electoral votes in Ohio (21 votes), Florida (25), and West Virginia (5), a total of 51 electoral votes for Kerry.


With the stage set for a terrorist alert on the West Coast and with the polls closing at 8 PM EST (5:00 PM PST and launch time for the terrorist alert) in Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, DC, Illinois, Kansas, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas, we might be looking at the following electoral vote tally:


Kerry:

Florida (25); New Hampshire (4); Vermont (3); Ohio (21); West Virginia (5); Connecticut (8); Delaware (3); DC (3); Illinois (22); Maine (4); Maryland (10); Massachusetts (12); Michigan (18); New Jersey (15); Pennsylvania (23). Total: 176 (needed to win: 270).


Bush:

Indiana (12); Kentucky (8); Georgia (13); South Carolina (8); Virginia (13); North Carolina (14); Alabama (9); Kansas (6); Mississippi (7); Missouri (11); Oklahoma (8); Tennessee (11); Texas (32). Total: 152 (needed to win: 270).


At 8:30 PM EST (and a half hour into the West Coast terror alert), the polls close in Arkansas and its 6 electoral votes are added to Bush's column, giving him 158 to Kerry's 176.


At 9:00 PM EST, the polls close in Arizona, Colorado, Louisiana, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. With Kerry picking up Louisiana (9 votes), Minnesota (10), New Mexico (5), New York (33), Rhode Island (4), and Wisconsin (11), his vote total would stand at 248.


With Bush picking up Arizona (8), Colorado (8), Nebraska (5), North Dakota (3), South Dakota (3), and Wyoming (3), his vote count would stand at 188.


At 10:00 PM EST, the polls will close in mainly Bush states. With Bush picking up Idaho (4 votes); Montana (3); Nevada (4); and Utah (5) and with Kerry likely grabbing Iowa (7), the vote count would stand at: Kerry: 255 and Bush: 204.


With an hour to go before polls close on the West Coast and the region enmeshed in a major terrorist alert with cops and National Guardsmen now adding to the mix and possibly closing roads and delaying traffic to the polling places, Bush's team in Washington and Sacramento would be poised to deliver the death blow to Kerry-Edwards.


At 11:00 PM EST and 8:00 PM PST, the polls close in California, Oregon, and Washington. The fix is in: with California (the mother lode of 54 votes) and Washington (11 votes) going to Bush and Oregon (7 votes) possibly going to Kerry, the vote count stands at: Kerry: 262 and Bush: 269. Sometime in the wee hours of the morning of November 3, Alaska (3 votes) is declared for Bush and he is declared the winner with 272 votes to Kerry's 266 (with Kerry's pickup of Hawaii's 4 electoral votes). It's a down-to-the wire race with Bush being declared a winner without a Supreme Court fight but using his "homeland security" powers to ensure his re-election and Alaska putting him over the top.


That is what all this talk about a terrorist attack on Election Day is about. It is to prime the population and allow Bush surrogates at Fox News, CNN, and MS-NBC to begin their perception management campaign that an attack will occur around the election. But there will be no postponement of the election or cancellation - this is simply another plan to manipulate the public through the use of phony threats and fear tactics. The problem is that it just might work for Bush and his cabal of "the ends justify the means" manipulators.


This article is a wakeup call to all those who can try to forestall such a series of events. California's Democratic majority in the state legislature and its Democratic Lieutenant Governor and Attorney General must take steps now to ensure Schwarzenegger does not conspire with his fellow Republicans in Washington to do to California in 2004 what Jebbie Bush and his people did to Florida in 2000. Similarly, Washington's Democratic Governor Gary Locke and all the Democratic officials, including the two Democratic U.S. Senators, must take similar action to avoid a similar scenario in their state.


Action needed now includes:


1.Informing all state election officials about such a scenario and its potential impact on voter turnout.
2. Making contingency plans now to keep the polling places open to ensure that people can vote later or after any state of emergency is lifted.
3. Prevent the National Guard from being used to facilitate such a state of emergency.
4. Close coordination by the Democratic Party, smaller parties, and minority and labor rights organizations to respond to such a scenario.


To paraphrase James Carville, "It's California and the voter turnout, stupid!" Forget about canceling or postponing the election. Keep your eye on a "Red Terrorist Alert" on the West Coast for Election Day. That doesn't take a constitutional amendment, merely an okay from Bush and his homeland security team. They must be stopped - the future of this nation is at stake!

Only the truth shall set Blacks free

I had no doubt that Rev. Al Sharpton would steal the dog-and-pony show
masquerading as a political convention in Boston for the Democratic Party.
In such a spectacle, speakers are licensed to spew historical fallacies and
legal fictions. Sharpton put the pedal to the metal and went for everything
he did not know.
His speech was fictional and, like a used car salesman, he sold a lemon to
every gullible soul in the Fleet Center. Afterwards, the white media and
even his perceived political nemesis, Mayor Michael Bloomberg, gave him rave
reviews. This is not surprising. Sharpton rewrote Black history like
Leonardo da Vinci redrew the image of Jesus.

Aside from his fallacy that Abraham Lincoln freed the slaves, Sharpton added
white Democrats like Presidents Franklin D. Roosevelt, John F. Kennedy,
Lyndon B. Johnson and William J. Clinton to his list of freedom fighters for
civil rights. The historical record, however, tells a different story.

From Rosa Parks to Fannie Lou Hamer, Blacks struggled mightily against
Democratic governors, including George Wallace, Ross Barnett, Lester Maddox,
Orval Faubus and George B. Timmerman Jr. Similarly, Birmingham Police
Commissioner Bull Connor was Alabama's Democratic National Committeeman, and
Sheriff Jim Clark of Selma was a Democratic honcho.

The bombing of the 16th Street Baptist Church, killing four little Black
girls, was on Connor's watch, as was his use of hungry and vicious canines
to torture Blacks exercising First Amendment rights. Clark and his posse
assaulted Black protesters seeking the right to vote at the Edmund Pettus
Bridge in Selma on "Bloody Sunday." These racists were hardly in the mood
for Blacks to be riding on a Democratic donkey.

In Congress, racist Democrats like James O. Eastland, Strom Thurmond, Sam
Ervin and Richard Russell used their political clout to thwart civil rights.
Ninety Southern Democrats signed a Southern Manifesto in 1956 declaring
segregation for now and segregation forever.

They not only opposed Brown v. Board of Education but also President Dwight
Eisenhower's proposal to create a bipartisan Civil Rights Commission and a
Civil Rights Division in the Justice Department. The Justice Department
itself was not established until Reconstruction.

Before 1968, most Southern politicians, by a wide margin, were Democrats.
They chaired nearly two-thirds of all Senate committees. After the Civil
War, Democrats promoted terrorism and practiced race-baiting in the South.
Democrats have sponsored a reign of terror against Blacks for more than a
century.
Republicans and Democrats alike conspired to undo the Reconstruction
Amendments as part of the Hayes-Tilden Compromise. The Republican Supreme
Court, in 1883, would also invalidate the Civil Rights Act of 1875, which
provided greater protections for Blacks than the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Northern Democrats started wooing Blacks in the 1880s. Northern Blacks
started to embrace the courtship because of the 1877 presidential sell-out
and because the Republican Party started to take Blacks for granted, such is
occurring today with the Democratic Party. The exodus was unrelated to
reparations.
Sharpton should be the last person to toot the Democratic horn. If I had
gone AWOL in 1989, like every other Black person on the face of the Earth,
Sharpton would still be doing push-ups in prison rather than delivering a
prime time speech in Boston.

Two Democrats, former Governor Mario Cuomo and his state attorney general,
Robert Abrams, crafted a 70-count noose for his neck. It took not only legal
skills but also personal sacrifice to save him. According to a saying, "The
red man never forgets his enemies and the white man never forgets his
friends. The Negro forgets both."

Every prominent Black is hobnobbing with whites because someone was
permanently scarred. These sacrifices were not made so that a prominent
Black can elevate racism and white supremacy over Black struggle. His speech
was a slap in the face to our ancestors. This is a danger of free riding.

In my case, I am on the verge of becoming homeless with no relief in sight.
Hamer was savagely beaten. Harry T. Moore and his wife, Harriet, were blown
to bits while they slept. Malcolm X and Dr. Martin L. King Jr. were
assassinated. The list is endless.

Sharpton's primetime speech was academic. It was as relevant for Blacks in
2004 as the Emancipation Proclamation was relevant to enslaved Africans in
1863. If Sharpton had been concerned about the plight of Blacks, he should
have used his political campaign to secure a Black plank.

The national platform, devoid of a Black plank, had already been signed,
sealed and delivered by July 28, the date of Sharpton's speech. Now, the
Democratic Party needs Black hustlers to sell the Brooklyn Bridge to the
Black community. In 2005, Blacks will not be singing "Happy Days Are Here
Again."


Senator Charles Sumner of Massachusetts, who authored the Civil Rights Act
of 1875, advised Blacks, in 1872, to refrain from identifying with either
Republicans or Democrats. Blacks should employ their swing vote to extract
political spoils from the highest bidder.

Sharpton's political naïveté was revealed when he firmly asserted, "Our vote
is not for sale." Blacks should now know why there will be no chickens in
their pots and no cars in their garages in 2005. To be sure, politics, like
the law of contracts, is based on a quid pro quo.

Sharpton's speech should have focused on Black disfranchisement and voter
fraud. President-select George Bush intends to steal the election again to
complete his "New World Order" mission. The Black vote will not count. By
2007, Black disfranchisement will be complete through sundry political
maneuvers.

Since disfranchisement is on the political horizon, Malcolm gave Sharpton
this prescription: "It's got to be the ballot or the bullet. The ballot or
the bullet. If you're afraid to use an expression like that, you should get
out of the country, you should go back in the cotton patch, you should get
back in the alley."

FED UP WITH BLACK PEOPLE?

A very humorous and revealing story is told about a group of white
people
who were fed up with African Americans, so they joined together and
wished
themselves away.  They passed through a deep dark tunnel and emerged in
sort of a twilight zone where there is an America without black people.
At
first these white people breathe a sigh of relief.  At last, they said,
No
more
crime, drugs, violence and welfare.  All of the blacks have gone!

Then suddenly, reality set in. The "NEW AMERICA" is not America at
all-only a barren land.

1. There are very few crops that have flourished because the nation was
built on a slave-supported system.

2. There are no cities with tall skyscrapers because Alexander Mils, a
black man, invented the elevator, and without it one finds great
difficulty
reaching higher floors.


3. There are few if any cars because Richard Spikes, a black man,
invented
the automatic gear shift, Joseph Gambol, also black, invented the Super
Charge System for Internal Combustion Engines, and Garrett A. Morgan, a
black man, invented the traffic signals.

4. Furthermore, one could not use the rapid transit system because it's
procurer was the electric trolley, which was invented by another black
man, Albert R. Robinson.

5. Even if there were streets on which cars and a rapid transit system
could operate, they were cluttered with paper because an African
American,
Charles Brooks, invented the street sweeper.

6. There were few if any newspapers, magazines and books because John
Love
invented the pencil sharpener, William Purveys invented the fountain
pen,
Lee Barrage invented the Type Writing Machine and W. A. Love invented
the
Advanced Printing Press. They were all, you guessed it, Black.

7. Even if Americans could write their letters, articles and books,
they

would not have been transported by mail because William Barry invented
the
Postmarking and Canceling Machine, William Purveys invented the Hand
Stamp
and Philip Downing invented the Letter Drop.

8. The lawns were brown and wilted because Joseph Smith invented the
Lawn
Sprinkler and John Burr the Lawn Mower.

9. When they entered their homes, they found them to be poorly
ventilated
and poorly heated. You see, Frederick Jones invented the Air
Conditioner
and Alice Parker the Heating Furnace. Their homes were also dim. But of
course, Lewis Later invented the Electric Lamp, Michael Harvey invented
the
lantern and Granville T. Woods invented the Automatic Cut off Switch.
Their
homes were also filthy because Thomas W. Steward invented the Mop &
Lloyd
P. Ray
the Dust Pan.

10. Their children met them at the door-barefooted, shabby, motley and
unkempt. But what could one expect? Jan E. Matzelinger invented the
Shoe
Lasting Machine, Walter Sammons invented the Comb, Sarah Boone invented
the Ironing Board and George T. Samon invented the Clothes Dryer.

11. Finally, they were resigned to at least have dinner amidst all of
this
turmoil. But here again, the food had spoiled because another Black
